On The Solid Rock, I Stand.

Projects

Solid Rock has experience with both conventional and unconventional oil and gas projects extends across the onshore basins of the United States, the Gulf of Mexico and around the globe. We have a proven track record that speaks for itself.

Projects

Developed Producing Eagle Ford Field

SREP identified this Eagle Ford producing fieldin South Texas which has beendevelopedwithhorizontal wells.Potential upside exists with additional drilling and enhanced oil recovery using gas injection.

Highlights

  • Concentrated acreage in the volatile oil window of the Eagle Ford mega-trend
  • Producing from about 100 horizontal wells
  • Built-out infrastructure for oil, gas, ngland water handling
  • Recently drilled well produced over 1,000 bopd
  • Acreage is about 30% undeveloped
  • EOR from gas injection / production demonstrated successful in Eagle Ford
  • EOR recoveries averaging 70% of primary recovery
  • Properties have produced 14.6 mmboand currently producing 5,000 bopdand 5,000 mcfd

Producing Spraberry Field with Upside

SREP identified this Spraberry / Clear Fork Sand producing field in the Midland Basin which has been developed with vertical wells. Significant upside with horizontal well redevelopment has been proven in this field and the adjacent area.

Highlights

  • Proven Spraberry and Clear Fork Sands
  • Validated by SREP proprietary log analysis and production
  • Current production 950 bopdand 3,200 mcfd
  • 6-month operating cash flow $4.0 mm
  • Two horizontal wells drilled in 2020
  • Initial production rates of 750 bopd
  • Over 100 horizontal drilling locations identified
  • Contiguous lease position with favorable terms
  • Offset operators have drilled horizontal wells in same formations producing over 2,000 bopd
  • All acreage HBP with no drilling obligations
  • Five productive formations in the Clear Fork and Spaberrysands

High Potential Bone Springs Acreage

SREP identified this high qualityBone Springs area in Southern Delaware Basin, with well control on acreage and favorable comparisons to the best Bone Springs wells in the basin. Property is drill-readyand owner is willing to sell.

Highlights

  • Tier 1 Bone Springs Sandstone
  • Validated by SREP proprietary log analysis and drilling shows
  • Quality comparable or superior to prolific Bone Springs wells north of property
  • Up to 500 drilling locations in Bone Springs and Wolfcamp
  • Contiguous lease position with favorable terms
  • Current operator drilled one Wolfcamp well, encountering drilling hazards (faults) which produced high water cut
  • Bone Springs has characteristics of both conventional and unconventional formations, resulting in potentially high production rates

Gulf Coast Deep Gas Exploration

SREP has access to proprietary seismic that reveals with high confidence a deep gas structure covering more than 47,000 acres with immediate access to the highest price gas market hub in the US.

Highlights

  • Estimated 50% chance of success by 3rdparty expert firm
  • Same play demonstrated successful along Gulf Coast in Louisiana
  • Wells capable of 50 mmcfd and over 100 bcf
  • P10 resources estimated at 2.6 TCF gas
  • Exclusive access to proprietary seismic
  • Pore-pressure study confirms significant overpressure
  • Average gas pay in trend is 260 feet with average porosity of 15%
  • One of the largest undrilled structures onshore US
  • Close access to Houston Ship Channel pipelines and LNG export facilities
